Shades of Green & Blue in Kapaa, Kauai
During our stay, we ate Hawaiian, Thai, vegan, Irish, Californian and more ... but the plate lunch was best.
Playing in the Blossoming Lotus was special - we met a couple from London - from South London - from up the Junction, in fact.
Small world. And it was lovely to have Bethany Hamilton in the audience - what a lovely group of people that was, her and her
friends. They said such nice things about the music.
It's sad that the Blossoming Lotus on Kauai has closed, but I still have great memories of the delicious food, the friendly staff,
everything. Still, if you live in Portland, OR, they are still open there.
